Development Regulations

The City of Whitefish development regulations are found in the City of Whitefish Municipal Code:

Architectural Review Standards

The Architectural Review Standards apply to new commercial, industrial and triplex, fourplex and multi-family projects. Façade changes and additions to existing buildings are also reviewed. Detached single-family homes and duplexes are exempt from the Architectural Review Standards.
