2. Please fill out the following form to request a marriage ceremony held in Whitefish Municipal Court performed by Hon. Caitlin A. Overland. A $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be due at time of scheduling. 

   Credit/debit cards are NOT accepted for marriage ceremony requests. Payment will be arranged with the clerk once scheduling has been completed.

    The Court schedules ceremonies between the hours of: 

    9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
    9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Wednesdays

    Criminal matters take precedent on the Court schedule with civil ceremonies scheduled during those hours as time permits.
