A REMINDER, Effective July 1, 2024, service fees of 3% for credit/debit card payments or $2.00 for electronic checks imposed by credit/debit card companies will be passed along to city customers.
The NEW PAYMENT PORTAL SITE is now available. However the same service fees listed above will apply. Please note, the new payment portal will require you to re-register in order to pay by credit/debit card. You have the option to avoid service fees by opting into Automatic bank withdrawal (ACH). This is done through the city’s utility billing department on monthly utility bills at no cost to utility customers. Payments made by cash, money order, cashier/certified check are still accepted. The Utility Billing Department is looking at other options to pay, such as e-checks, and IVR payments (Interactive voice response payments), so please STAY TUNED for these announcements in the coming months.
