Whitefish City Hall and the Whitefish Community Library will delay opening until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12th. Based on the most current information from the National Weather Service, a significant wind event is predicted to move through our area late tonight, with the strongest winds and gusts predicted between 3am and mid-to-late morning. There is a high likelihood of widespread power outages and downed trees during the storm. This delayed opening will not impact emergency services.
