  • Yes. If you have been transported by Whitefish Ambulance, and you have insurance, please contact Systems Design (our billing company) at 1-800-238-9398 with your insurance information.

Full payment is required or arrangements must be made within 90 days of the date on the original invoice.  The minimum monthly payment required is $35.00, unless other arrangements have been made with our billing service.  Please contact Systems Design at 1-800-238-9398 for more information.

  • Yes. Residents inside the City of Whitefish and within the Whitefish Fire Service Area are eligible to apply for Rescue Care

  • All of our firefighters are cross-trained to provide emergency medical care.  This combined response provides the additional personnel necessary to assist with a medical event.  

    In the case of a motor vehicle accident, the fire truck can help with scene lighting and diverting traffic. This response increases safety for the patient and our responders.  The fire engine also carries diverse rescue equipment for extracting individuals from a vehicle.
