The E 2nd St pedestrian bridge over Cow Creek has been closed as it is no longer safe for pedestrian passage. The erosion has compromised bank stabilization and the cost to replace the bridge is not within the City of Whitefish Parks and Recreation current budget. Any future development of this area will go through the Park Board of Commissioners and a public process where the community can provide input.
